We had the opportunity to give the students of group 7 and 8 at the LeerRijk primary school in Someren a tour of our modern farm.
They were able to see the inside of the barn through our visitor area with a viewing window. We explained all the ins and outs of raising chickens.
Afterwards, we gave a presentation at school about our business and what is involved. Many were very interested in how the piece of meat that most people eat ends up on their plate.
It was wonderful to see the enthusiastic reactions and to answer the great questions.
